Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lunova Fun Carts, we want you and your children to be happy with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we make the return and refund process simple and fair.

Returns

• You can return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@lunova.co.za with your order details.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will happily replace it at no extra cost.

• Contact our support team at contact@lunova.co.za to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, personalized items, or items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.
