1. How do I place an order?
Simply select the product, choose quantity, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, and secure payment gateways integrated with Shopify.
3. How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location in South Africa.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
5. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us immediately at contact@lunova.co.za. We cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect, so prompt contact is important.
6. Can I return a product?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact contact@lunova.co.za to start a return.
7. How do refunds work?
Once we inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective.
8. Can I exchange a product?
Yes. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us at contact@lunova.co.za to arrange an exchange.
9. Are Lunova Fun Carts safe?
Absolutely. Our carts feature an anti-tip chassis, spring shock system, and adjustable speed modes. PU wheels are smooth and non-marking for indoor and outdoor use.
10. What ages and sizes are suitable?
Recommended for children 3 years and older. Supports heights up to 168 cm and weights up to 68 kg, so even teens and adults can ride safely.
11. How do the lights and music work?
The front light guides the way, while magnetic flashing wheels light up as your child rides. Bluetooth connectivity allows you to play music and adjust volume easily.
12. How long does the battery last?
With proper care, the 12V battery provides hours of fun. Charge regularly and store in a cool, dry place.
